2. Service
The service includes the preparation and checking of the application, its submission to the competent authorities, follow-up and delivery of the visa electronically. The decision to issue or refuse a visa rests solely with the Saudi authorities.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros, all inclusive, per traveller, according to the visa type and nationality. They include the visa fees, paid to the Saudi authorities, and the KSA Visa Saudi processing fee, which covers the preparation, checking, submission and follow-up of the application; the breakdown is shown in the summary, on the payment page and on the invoice. The express option is charged per traveller. Payment is made online by card via PayPal. TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI.
4. Customer obligations
The customer provides accurate, complete and readable information and documents. Any error or omission may delay or compromise the application and remains the customer's responsibility.
5. Right of withdrawal
By submitting the application, the customer expressly requests that the service begin immediately. In accordance with the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once the service has been fully performed.
6. Refunds, refusal and delays
Cancellation requested by email before the application is submitted to the authorities: full refund. After submission, the visa fees (already paid to the authorities) and the processing fee are non-refundable. A visa refusal gives no right to a refund, unless the error is attributable to KSA Visa Saudi. Refunds are made to the card used for payment. Processing times are indicative; the express option guarantees priority handling by our team, not the authorities' timeframe.
7. Liability
KSA VISA SAUDI is bound by an obligation of means. It cannot be held liable for decisions of the authorities, entry refusals or consequences of incorrect information provided by the customer.
8. Complaints and disputes
Any complaint must be sent to contact@ksavisasaudi.com. The customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge. French law applies.
