Identity, contact details, passport data, photos and travel documents of travellers, used solely to prepare and submit visa applications, to follow them up, to invoice and to comply with our legal obligations. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligations.
Recipients
Our team, the competent authorities for the visa application, our technical providers (hosting: OVH, France; payment: PayPal; emails: Google Gmail). Your card data is handled by PayPal and never stored by us.
Retention
Travel documents are deleted at the latest 12 months after the end of processing; invoices are kept for 10 years as required by law.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. Write to contact@ksavisasaudi.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
